Process pressure gauge with a 4.5 in (115 mm) dial, built for process, chemical, petroleum and power applications, non-clogging corrosive media, and services where operator safety is a requirement. The safety case has a solid black phenolic front, a polypropylene pressure relief back and an integral back flange. The gauge can be liquid-filled in the field (bottom connection only) for processes with pulsation and vibration. Construction: - Wetted parts: 316L stainless steel socket and drawn seamless 316L stainless steel Bourdon tube, TIG welded - Movement: 304 stainless steel, full rotary, with under and overload stops - Pointer: black anodized aluminum, micrometer adjustable - Dial: white aluminum with black and red markings, dual scale psi/kPa - Window: polycarbonate; ring: phenolic - Connection: 1/2 in NPT, bottom - Restricted orifice standard on dual scale gauges Performance: - Accuracy: ±0.5%, ANSI/ASME Grade 2A - Working pressure: maximum 75% of full scale - Over-pressure limit: 25% for ranges below 1,500 psi - Ambient temperature: dry -40 °F to 250 °F (-40 °C to 120 °C); glycerin filled -4 °F to 150 °F (-20 °C to 65 °C) - Process temperature: -40 °F to 250 °F (-40 °C to 120 °C) - Enclosure rating: IP65 - ASME B40.100 compliant, CRN registered
