Tubing encapsulated cable with 11 mm round PP encapsulation (TRO-PP). 1/4 in (6.35 mm) OD tube in 316L stainless steel or Inconel 825, with 0.028 in or 0.035 in wall; #16 or #18 AWG stranded conductor, FEP insulation and PP jacket. Datasheet values for the 316L tube with 0.035 in (0.889 mm) wall and 18 AWG conductor (7 x 0.39 mm tinned copper, 1.16 mm OD; FEP T-01 insulation, 2.49 mm OD; PP P-06 jacket, 4.572 mm OD): working pressure 16,000 psi, collapse pressure 32,000 psi, minimum tensile strength 12 kN.
