Direct drive wellhead drive for progressing cavity pump (PCP) systems, built with a single motor or with two motors on the same drive. Maximum polished rod speed 500 RPM. Back-spin control is hydraulic: an oil-flow retarding brake system with no significant heat generation and no sparks. Direct drive models: with a single motor, up to 125 HP, continuous torque 1,950 ft-lb (2,644 Nm) and 980 lb with mount and guard; with two motors, 150 HP (2 × 60 or 2 × 75 HP max.), continuous torque 3,000 ft-lb (4,068 Nm) and 1,180 lb with mount and guard. Both: brake torque 3,105 ft-lb (4,210 Nm), basic dynamic load rating 1,260 kN, back-spin control gear ratio 5.3:1, standard well connection 3-1/8 in 3000 (4-1/16 in 3000 optional), polished rod 1-1/4 in or 1-1/2 in, special rope packing static seal and a dynamic seal housing with O-rings, internal U-cup seals and buffer seals. Gear oil 75W90, 37 liters, changed every 6 months. Heavy-duty series: 100 HP with one motor or 200 HP with two, maximum input torque 2,100 ft-lb (2,847 Nm), maximum brake torque 2,845 ft-lb (3,857 Nm), 15T or 19T thrust bearing, 3-1/2 in shaft and fully enclosed hinged belt guard. Wellhead connection 3-1/8 in 3,000 psi R-31, 4-1/16 in 2,000/3,000 psi R-37 or 5-1/8 in 2,000/3,000 psi R-41; 1,300 lb with one motor and 1,650 lb with two. Optional integral or open environmental seal, rope packing seal, anti-ejection clamp and tachometer.
