TEC cable
Tubing encapsulated cable (TEC) carries power and signal to permanent downhole instruments inside a sealed metal tube that protects the conductor through the well.
Energinn offers TEC with a 1/4 in tube in 316L stainless steel or Inconel 825, 0.028 in or 0.035 in wall, and a #16 or #18 AWG stranded conductor, in two constructions: bare tube, and tube with 11 mm round polypropylene encapsulation.
The cable is sold by the foot on reels. Choose the combination of tube material, wall and conductor in the table below; each part number shows its own availability and buying mode.
