WIKA Type 232.54 (dry case) and Type 233.54 (liquid-filled case) industrial stainless steel Bourdon tube pressure gauges, designed to ASME B40.100 and EN 837-1 for adverse service with pulsation or vibration in chemical/petrochemical, power, mining and on- and offshore applications, with gaseous or liquid media that will not obstruct the pressure system. Sizes 2-1/2 in (63 mm, accuracy ±2/1/2% of span, ASME B40.100 Grade A) and 4 in (100 mm, ±1% of span, Grade 1A). Ranges vacuum/compound to 200 psi (16 bar) and pressure from 15 psi (1 bar) to 15,000 psi (1000 bar). 316 stainless steel connection, 1/4 in or 1/2 in NPT, lower mount, center back mount (2-1/2 in) or lower back mount (4 in); 316L Bourdon tube (C-shape below 1,500 psi, helical above); 300-series stainless steel movement; 304 stainless steel case with bayonet ring; laminated safety glass window. Type 233.54 is filled with 99.7% glycerine; FlexWindow option with 100% case fill and integrated pressure compensation on 2-1/2 in (IP66/NEMA 4). Ambient temperature -40 to +140 °F dry, -4 to +140 °F glycerine filled; medium up to +212 °F. Ingress protection IP65.
