Rosemount 3051C Coplanar pressure transmitters for differential (3051CD), gauge (3051CG) and absolute (3051CA) pressure measurement in liquid, gas and steam service. All units in this family share the same construction: 4–20 mA output with HART digital signal, Coplanar stainless steel process flange with SST drain/vent, 316L stainless steel isolating diaphragm, glass-filled PTFE O-ring, silicone fill fluid and aluminum housing with 1/2-14 NPT conduit entries. They are supplied with LCD display (M5), all-stainless-steel Coplanar flange mounting bracket for 2 in pipe or panel (B4) and US explosion-proof and dust-ignition-proof approval (E5). The absolute units add a transient protection terminal block (T1), a calibration certificate (Q4) and are configured for assembly to a Rosemount remote seal (S1). Reference accuracy: ±0.04% of span for ranges 2 to 4 and ±0.10% of span for range 1 (3051C); for units assembled to a seal (S1) the 3051L specification applies. 10-year stability of 0.2% of URL. Power supply 10.5 to 42.4 VDC with no load; minimum loop resistance of 250 ohms for HART communication. Ambient temperature −40 to 176 °F (−40 to 80 °C) with display. Process temperature with silicone fill and Coplanar flange −40 to 250 °F (−40 to 121 °C). The 316L SST diaphragm and SST flange materials meet NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 recommendations for sour oilfield production environments; environmental limits apply to certain materials.
