Fisher Type 99 pilot-operated pressure reducing regulators for natural gas distribution, gas supply to industrial boilers, furnaces, ovens and mixers, plant air, oxygen and ammonia service and large commercial establishments. The pilot is integrally mounted to the actuator casing and supplied from the inlet side of the body, so no upstream pilot supply line is needed on standard installations; loading pressure bleeds downstream through the control line, with no atmospheric bleed. Constructions 99L (61L pilot, 2 in. w.c. to 20 psig), 99LD (61LD, narrower proportional band), 99LE (61LE, broader proportional band), 99H (61H, 10 to 65 psig) and 99HP (61HP, 35 to 100 psig). NPS 2 / DN 50 body with NPT, CL125 FF, CL150 RF, CL250 RF or CL300 RF end connections. Maximum inlet pressure 160 psig (61LD), 400 psig (61L, 61LE, 61H) or 1000 psig (61HP with Type 1301F pilot supply regulator and Type H110 relief valve, 1/2 in. orifice). Cast iron actuator casing and pilot; main valve body in cast iron or WCC steel (WCC steel for 1000 psig); brass or stainless steel trim; nitrile (NBR) or fluorocarbon (FKM) diaphragms. Temperature -20 to 180 °F with NBR/CR/PA, 0 to 300 °F with FKM. Valve disk and orifice can be inspected without removing the body from the pipeline. Options: O-ring stem seal, travel indicator, electronic remote control capability and handwheel for the 61L pilot. Approximate weight 115 lb.
