Ashcroft 1279 Duragauge 4-1/2 in process pressure gauges for refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, offshore oil rigs, water and wastewater, mining and metals, equipment skids, specialized OEM equipment and cryogenics. Accuracy ±0.5% of span (ASME B40.100 Grade 2A); vacuum, compound and pressure ranges to 30,000 psi. System materials: bronze tube with brass connection (to 1,000 psi), 316L SS tube with steel connection (to 20,000 psi), 316 SS tube with 316L SS connection (to 20,000 psi, NSF-61) or K-Monel 500 tube with Monel 400 connection (to 30,000 psi); welded joints on stainless and Monel systems, silver brazed on bronze. Process connection 1/4 or 1/2 NPT male (to 20,000 psi) or 9/16-18 UNF-2B Aminco high-pressure fitting, lower, back, side or top location. Phenolic solid-front case with pressure relief back and threaded polycarbonate ring (UL 94 V-0); glass window standard (acrylic, shatterproof or non-glare optional); 400 SS Teflon-coated rotary movement; micrometer adjustable aluminum pointer. Case designs: dry, dry hermetically sealed (IP66) or glycerin filled (IP66), with silicone or Halocarbon fill and PLUS! Performance options to dampen vibration, shock and pulsation. Stem, surface, flush, pipe or remote mounting. Approvals CE, CRN and NSF-61; NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 and MR0103 compliance certificate (CD-5) available for 316 SS or Monel wetted parts. Ambient temperature -20 to 200 °F dry, 20 to 150 °F glycerin filled; process to 250 °F dry.
