The SmartPumper is Energinn's automatic RPM controller for artificial lift pumps. Its PID algorithm continuously corrects the error between measured dynamic pressure and the set point, regulating motor speed to ±0.2 Hz. It minimizes fluid level swings to keep gas in solution, and auto-tuning adapts to well conditions without constant manual intervention. Field proven in Suriname on 5 systems. Power 100 to 240 VAC or 12 to 24 VDC, 7 in full color touch screen, Modbus RTU over isolated RS-485 or RS-232 and Modbus TCP over Ethernet. Operating range -18 to 85 °C. Dimensions 13.7 x 11.8 x 9.4 in, weight 17.6 lb.
