The Rosemount 4088 MultiVariable Transmitter by Emerson measures differential pressure, static pressure and process temperature (Pt 100 RTD input) in a single device, reducing installed cost and penetrations on gas flow, plunger lift and wellhead measurement points. An extended DP range option captures peak flows in plunger lift applications, and an optional LCD shows measured and calculated values. Communication is Modbus RS-485 or BSAP/MVS up to 19,200 baud, with a HART port for configuration. DP accuracy goes from 0.1% of span (Standard) to 0.05% of reading (Enhanced for Flow), with long term stability and warranty up to 12 years in the enhanced class. Hazardous area approvals include CSA, FM, ATEX, IECEx and INMETRO, plus NACE certificates and Measurement Canada approval for custody transfer.
