Rosemount 1199 diaphragm seal systems isolate Rosemount DP and pressure transmitters from the process in level, flow, pressure, interface and density measurement, including extreme hot and cold temperatures, corrosive, clogging or viscous processes, hygienic requirements and special process connections. Seals mount directly to the transmitter or remotely through capillary, and can be combined in Tuned-System assemblies (direct mount seal on the high side, capillary on the low side). Process connection styles: flush flanged (FFW), remote flanged (RFW), extended flanged (EFW), pancake (PFW), flush and remote flanged with ring type joint gasket surface (FCW, RCW), threaded female or male (RTW, HTS), Tri-Clover style Tri-Clamp hygienic (SCW, 3-A 74-06 and EHEDG), tank spud (SSW), chemical tee (CTW) and wafer style in-line (TFS). Flanged seals per ASME B16.5, EN 1092-1 or JIS; threaded seals per ASME B1.20.1, EN 10226-1 or ISO 228-1, male NPT up to 8700 psi (600 bar). Diaphragm and wetted materials include 316L SST, Alloy C-276, Alloy 400 and tantalum, with a choice of fill fluids by temperature and application.
