Fisher EZR Series pilot-operated pressure reducing regulators for natural gas transmission/distribution systems and industrial/commercial applications. A diaphragm and internally actuated metal plug with a cage-style flow path (up through the center of the cage and down through the cage slots) give tight shutoff, quiet operation and resistance to debris and seat erosion. Top-entry E-body design allows in-line trim inspection and replacement; O-rings instead of gaskets. Main valve bodies NPS 1, 1-1/4 x 1, 2 x 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 6 x 4, 8 x 4, 8, 8 x 6 and 12 x 6 in cast iron (CL125 FF, CL250 RF; NPT on 2 x 1 and 2) or WCC/LCC steel (CL150 RF 290 psig, CL300 RF 750 psig, CL600 RF or BWE 1500 psig; NPT/SWE on NPS 1-2). Used with 161AY (6 in. w.c. to 7 psig), 161EB (5 to 350 psig), 161EBH (250 to 700 psig), 161C (2 to 450 psig), 161CH (200 to 900 psig), PRX/120 (14.5 to 435 psig) or PRX/120-AP (435 to 1000 psig) pilots; monitor versions available. Diaphragm and O-rings in nitrile (NBR) or fluorocarbon (FKM). Options: pre-piped pilot supply and bleed, travel indicator, inlet strainer, Type 252 pilot supply filter, trim package and relief size-reduction trim. Type EZROSX adds an integral slam-shut device for OPSO, OPSO/UPSO or OPSO/OPSO protection; with 6358 Series pilots the EZR becomes a relief valve or backpressure regulator. Hydrogen-ready configurations available.
