ESP Wellhead Feedthrough - Penetrator

A wellhead feedthrough that carries the ESP power cable through the wellhead to surface. The ESP cable passes through the wellhead without losing its protection, and no connections or splices are made inside the wellhead. It is installed above the tubing hanger, adapts to any tubing hanger or wellhead configuration, can be installed in a wet environment, needs no additional vent box, and installs in under 45 minutes. The assembly is made up of an adapter bushing, a seal head, a connection-box elbow and a quick-connection box, joining the ESP cable to the drive (VSD) cable. Rated up to 10 kV and 260 A, 10,000 psi, and -26 °C to 400 °C (-15 °F to 752 °F). Made of AISI 1045 carbon steel with a black oxide finish. Hazardous areas: Class I, Division 1 and 2, Group D. API Specification 11D1.
