PCP Drivehead Datasheet

Technical brochure for Energinn's heavy-duty PCP drivehead series, made in Canada, in two models: EN-DH-100/15T-19T, a single 75 kW (100 hp) unit, and EN-DH-200D/15T-19T, a dual 150 kW (200 hp) unit. Both turn the polished rod at up to 500 RPM, with a maximum input torque of 2,847 Nm (2,100 ft-lb) and a maximum brake torque of 3,857 Nm (2,845 ft-lb).

The thrust bearing comes in two sizes, 15T and 19T, and the brochure gives each rating: ISO, Ca90 and the L10 load for 25,000 hours at 500 RPM (145 kN for 15T, 189 kN for 19T). It takes a 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 in polished rod on a 3 1/2 in shaft, and connects to 3 1/8 in R-31, 4 1/16 in R-37 or 5 1/8 in R-41 wellheads.

It lists the fully enclosed hinged belt guard, the maximum driven sheave, overall dimensions and weights (590 kg and 748 kg), the hydraulic pump recoil control, optional seals, anti-ejection clamp and tachometer, and the gear oil and its 6 to 12 month service interval.
